While browsing this shopping season, we noticed that there were a lot of styles and textures similar to our sweater kits. We wanted to see how well we could match our sweaters to trending items from Macy’s department store. Nothing beats the satisfaction of someone asking where you bought your cute sweater and being able to say, “I made it myself!”
On the left, we have a Michael Kors Metallic Mesh Sweater in a camel color, with a retail of $110. On the right, we have our Mary Maxim Right Angles Pullover. It is available to knit in 27 colors and costs $12.99- $24.99 depending on the size kit you require. They are both sleek, form fitting and have a scoop neck. Both have a wide ribbed band to prevent the garment from riding up. The breathable mesh stitch pattern keeps the wearer cool, as well as create visual interest, and the choice of undershirt can always change the overall look.
Our next photo, we have Calvin Klein’s Cable-Knit Cowl-Neck Sweater in a blush color with an original retail price of $89.50. To the right, we have our Mary Maxim Cabled Pullover and is available to knit in 11 colors. The cost for this kit is $39.99- $44.99 depending on kit size. Both sweaters have a thick collar, flattering fit, and great cabling detail.
Next, we have NY Collection’s Marled-Knit Open-Front Cardigan on the left. This sweater is in a Black/White Marl color with a retail price of $60. Next to it on the right, we have our Mary Maxim Ragg Cardigan. It is available to knit in 4 different colors, starting at $32.99.
